This award winning Rum is a unique blend of golden rum and Caramels hand picked by Lisa and Joe for a rich caramel sweet flavour without loosing that classic Rum background.
This is perfect served over ice as a simple straight drink or can be used in cocktail.
Our preferred is in our famous Apple Crunch cocktail.
What the Judges said.
Attractively golden in colour with pronounced aromatics featuring rounded butterscotch and crumbly vanilla fudge notes reminiscent of Scottish tablet. Full bodied, smooth and silky with a caramel richness that floods across the palate and finishes long and moreishly lingering. The judges felt that this is a stand rum liqueur and a refreshing alternative to other rum liqueurs on the market. An excellent concept, really well executed.

This is our 2nd & 3 lot of this rum. Really nice tasting and if you mix it with cloudy apple juice , froth it up add a bit of crumbled digestive biscuit you’ve got yourself apple crumble in a glass 👍🏻 The original order got damaged in transit, another lot was sent out no problems.. Would buy this again as it doesn’t last long in our house …
We went to the bar for my birthday and we tried the Caramel rum…it was amazing! So I decided to buy some for home. I’ve now ordered it twice and it’s the best Rum I’ve ever tasted!! So delicious..I will be ordering some more…
The caramel rum is beyond delicious and mixed with the spiced rum and cream is heavenly. As recently reviewed on national tv 'its like a baileys on steroids'.
