Best rum ever

I have been drinking navy rum for years all about 57 proof. It’s is my new favourite.

Can't believe that there are no reviews of this. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place!
Having visited the lovely bar/shop in Kings Lynn , in 2023, myself and my partner bought 2 bottles. One was of the premium spiced rum, which is pretty special. Clear notes of coconut and vanilla, (or toffee),and very smooth.
But this one, the Overproof Dark Rum is sensational. Powerful, yes, but it's not just all about the alcohol. For some it may be best mixed in a cocktail, but on it's own, with ice, it is a lovely late night glass full of richness, darkness, power and elegance. Not as smooth as the spiced rum, but this is my way of finishing a good meal,on a warm, early summer night.
